Aim and Scope
Journal of Safety Analytics (JOSA) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing the theory and practice of safety science through analytical and decision-based approaches. Published under the umbrella of our research group (www.optimresearch.com), JOSA aims to serve as a leading platform for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers working at the intersection of safety, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.
Our mission is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and disseminate high-quality research that enhances safety performance across industries, infrastructures, and communities. We welcome original research and review articles that apply quantitative, qualitative, or hybrid analytics to safety-related challenges.
